For over 20 years, Lynn has done more than her share of digging! She has expertly translated reams of research data into the kind of insights that ground and inspire successful communications programs. Her biggest accomplishments, however, involve the discovery and development of strategic planning tools like Communications Styles™, Personal Drives Analysis® (PDA), Brand Camp™ and BrandAsset® Valuator (BAV), the world’s largest branding tool.

Lynn directs the research practice at Cohn & Wolfe in a way that is unique in the industry. She is a “brand planner,” activating research and intelligence into strategic concepts that give birth to creative communications that truly benefit client brands and businesses. She is also an “optimizer,” keen to make sure the right kind of research is in place to monitor, evaluate and maximize brand impact.

Creative highlight

In addition to her deep research experience, Lynn has extensive training in lifespan developmental psychology. Furthermore, she has leveraged this vantage point to develop a unique knowledge base on women, children and families. Lynn’s greatest satisfaction came when her global insight on moms and play led to the Play. Laugh. Grow campaign which helped Fisher-Price build its worldwide business significantly.
