Web Manager - Information Technology

Cohn & Wolfe, a top ten global public relations firm, is seeking highly creative, motivated candidates to join as Web Manger.

We are looking for a team player who can deliver on results and is not afraid to think outside of the box. He/she must be detailed oriented, resourceful, and able to multi-task and prioritize under deadlines.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Strong CSS , PHP, and XHTML
• Basic graphic design skills - Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience.
• Drupal experience with a solid understanding of the framework, coding best-practices, resources and community
• An understanding of UI best-practices.
• Experience with multi-lingual websites and the Drupal's i18n module
• A good sense of design aesthetics and usability
• Experience with internationalization and localization.
• Good communication skills (both oral and written) and strong people skills, and experience interfacing with clients
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Capacity to multi-task, balancing multiple priorities and interruptions
• Basic web design skills and knowledge of UI best practices.
• An understanding of and experience with web 2.0 technologies such as blogs and social networking applications.
• An understanding of online best practices, including email marketing, SEO, landing page optimization, accessibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating elegant and efficient programming solutions that are flexible and forward-compatible.
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues
• Coding our new design and developing user-friendly interfaces to allow content-creation by novices.
• Coordinating the various moving parts of our website--design, CRM, mini social-network, etc.
• Doing some light design work.
