Cohn & Wolfe Hires Susan Pagano to Lead Global Marketing and Communications


 

New York – January 25, 2017 – Cohn & Wolfe, a global communications agency, today announced the appointment of Susan Pagano as Executive Vice President, Global Marketing and Communications. Pagano will be responsible for external and internal communications strategy, reputation management and marketing for the award-winning network. She will report to Worldwide President Jim Joseph, and will be based in the agency’s New York headquarters. Pagano will be taking over for Cohn & Wolfe veteran Jill Tannenbaum, who is stepping down as CMO after nine years at the agency to make a career change.
 
Pagano is a seasoned communications, marketing and business development professional with more than 25 years of experience building the brands of multiple agencies, a Fortune 500 company and more. She joins Cohn & Wolfe from DeVries Global, where she was Director, Business Development. Prior to her role at DeVries, she served as Senior Vice President and Senior Partner, Business Development at FleishmanHillard, where she drove the firm's strategic approach to new client acquisition and marketing for the eastern region. Previously, as Senior Vice President, Marketing and New Business at GCI Group, which has since merged into Cohn & Wolfe Group, Pagano served as a key member of the executive team responsible for execution of all aspects of the firm’s corporate brand strategy.
