Rachelle Spero is Executive Vice President of Cohn & Wolfe’s Digital Media Practice and a member of the New York leadership team. She has more than 16 years of public relations, interactive marketing and reputation management experience from consulting global brands in multiple industries including:

• Consumer: Playtex, Olive Garden, Nike, drugstore.com, Gap, J. Crew

Rachelle is a recognized expert in digital health communications. She has written standard operating procedures and policies for a number of healthcare companies and was recently invited to speak at the Consumer Health Conference as well as the PRSA Conference on “Leveraging Social Media in Health Care Public Relations.” In 2008, her digital health programming for Januvia, Merck’s first-in-class type 2 diabetes drug, won the Big Apple Award in the New Media category.

Both a strategist and a practical person, Rachelle is responsible for collaborating with Cohn & Wolfe colleagues and clients to create digital media strategies that generate awareness, build community, establish thought leadership, and reach influencers in online news sites, blogs, communities, social networks, and/or through mobile devices.
