The answer, according to one speaker at the Sustainable Brands conference in Monterey, is an investor who wants both a high return on capital and help the world become a better place - ethically, environmentally or socially. Paul Herman is the CEO of HIP Investor, a San Francisco-based company which advises both investors and companies on how to be more sustainable AND profitable.
